The problem

Small businesses do not have an admin department. They have somebody who was hired to do something else, and who now spends two evenings a month looking for a contract to check when it renews.

What we built

One workspace where the documents, the people, the money and the clients live together, with an assistant that has read all of it. Ask it when the lease renews and it answers from the lease.

What it does not do

It does not send anything without being told. Cold outreach waits in an approval queue; recording money asks first; a draft is a draft until somebody presses the button.
