Axzura gives every client a private link to their own task board — live, with no account or password. They see what's done, what's moving and what's waiting on them, and can add requests that land on the board for your team.
How it works

- 2They open itThe client sees only their own tasks, files and the project brief. Nothing from any other client, nothing internal.
- 3They add requestsIf you allow it, they add tasks themselves, attach files or drop in a PDF of changes — it lands on the board for you.
What you get
- One private link per client, which you can replace or turn off at any time
- A project brief at the top: goal, deliverables, deadline
- Every board also has its own email address — forward client emails to it
- Pairs with the daily report, which links to the live board
Questions
- Do clients need an account to see their board?
- No. The link is the access — like a private document link. You can turn it off or replace it at any moment, and the old one stops working.
- Can a client see other clients' work?
- No. A client link shows one client's board and nothing else in the workspace. This is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the page.
- Can clients upload files?
- Yes, if you allow adding: they can attach files to their requests or drop in a document of changes, which Axzura splits into tasks for you to accept.
