Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-27
These are the terms on which you may use Axzura. Using it means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Who this is between
You — the person or company using Axzura — and TODO: registered company name, TODO: registered address. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.
The service
Axzura is a workspace for running an office: documents, staff, finance, clients, notes, mail and an assistant that can read them. We provide it as it is described on this site and will keep providing it while you are a subscriber in good standing.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep it to yourself.
- The owner of a workspace controls it: who is invited, what role they get, whether it is deleted, and what is paid for it.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16.
Plans and payment
Every workspace starts with a 7-day trial for $1. That is a real charge, not a hold. After the trial the plan you chose renews monthly:
- Pro — $19 per workspace per month.
- Business — $49 per workspace per month.
Prices are per workspace, not per person; the plan sets how many people may be in it. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record — they take the money, handle sales tax and VAT, and issue the invoice. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Changing plan
You can move between plans at any time from Settings. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you pay the difference for the remainder of the month; downgrading also takes effect immediately and the unused difference is credited against your next invoice. Downgrading removes the features of the higher plan, including cold outreach.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancel in the first seven days and we refund the dollar.
- After the trial, monthly fees already paid are not refunded, because you had the service for that month.
If a payment fails
Nothing happens immediately. You keep full access for seven days while the card is retried and you are told about it. After that the workspace drops to the free limits: your data stays and stays readable, but anything over those limits becomes read-only and new uploads are refused. We do not delete data for non-payment, ever.
What you may not do
- Break the law with it, or use it to help someone else do so.
- Upload content you have no right to, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to reach another workspace’s data, probe our infrastructure without permission, or work around plan limits.
- Resell Axzura as your own product, or use it to build a competing one.
Cold outreach
Business includes sending cold email from your own connected mailbox. That is a real capability with real obligations, and they are yours, not ours:
- You are the sender. Anti-spam law — CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR, and their equivalents wherever your recipients are — binds you.
- You must have a lawful basis for contacting each person, and honour unsubscribe requests promptly. The product adds an unsubscribe footer, records suppressions and stops a sequence on reply, but those are tools, not a defence.
- Do not use it for lists you bought, for people who have asked you to stop, or for anything you would not be comfortable defending.
We may suspend outreach on an account we have good reason to believe is being used this way, and will tell you why.
The AI features
The assistant, document extraction and suggested reminders are useful and are sometimes wrong. Check anything that matters — a figure you are about to invoice, a date you are about to rely on, a summary you are about to forward. The product marks AI-suggested items as suggestions and asks before acting for exactly this reason. Decisions you make on its output are yours.
Your content
It stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to you — including sending it to the sub-processors named in the privacy policy so the features work. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not use it for anything other than providing the service to you.
Availability
We aim to keep Axzura up and will tell you about planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise a specific uptime figure, because promising one we have not measured would be worth nothing.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling and, if you want, deleting the workspace. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or that we are legally required to act on — with notice and a reason unless the law prevents it. Export your data first; deletion is not reversible.
Liability
Axzura is provided without warranties beyond those the law implies and does not let us exclude. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change them in a way that materially affects you, we will email account owners at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use Axzura after that means you accept the change; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of TODO: governing law and jurisdiction, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
