E-signature
Send NDAs and agreements to sign online
Axzura lets you send any document — an NDA, a service agreement, a proposal — to be signed online. The client opens a link, reads it, types their name and signs, with no account; both sides get the signed PDF with a certificate recording who signed, when, from which IP address, and a fingerprint of the text.
How it works
- 1Draft itAsk the assistant for an NDA or agreement — it's written from the client's details — or write your own page.
- 2Sign and sendPress Sign, add the signer's name and email, and send. Sending signs it on your side. What was sent is frozen.
- 3They signThe client signs from the link. Both sides get the signed PDF, and it's noted on the client's timeline.
What you get
- A built-in mutual NDA template, drafted from your workspace
- Certificate page: signer, time, IP address, browser, and the document's SHA-256
- Editing the page later can't change what was signed — and the fingerprint proves it
- See each request's status: Sent, Opened, Signed or Declined
Questions
- Is a typed-name e-signature legally valid?
- In most countries, yes, for ordinary business agreements like NDAs and service contracts — laws such as the US ESIGN Act and the EU's eIDAS recognise simple electronic signatures. Axzura records the intent to sign and an audit trail. Some documents (certain property, family or notarised documents) need more; check with a lawyer for those.
- Can a signed document be changed afterwards?
- No. The text is frozen when it's sent, and once signed nothing about it can be changed — not the words, the name or the time. This is enforced by the database.
- Does the client need an Axzura account?
- No. They sign from the link in their email, on any device.
