Axzura sends each client an automatic end-of-day report: a short email and a PDF in your brand showing what was finished, what's in progress, what's waiting on them and how far the project is — with a link to their live board. It goes at the hour you choose, and only on days the board actually moved.

Questions
- Will clients get an email every day even if nothing happened?
- No. A day with no finished, started or added work and no meeting sends nothing — a report that says nothing happened isn't news a client wants.
- Who does the email come from?
- It carries your company's name, and the reply-to is the person who set it up, so the client's reply reaches a person on your team.
- Can I change how the PDF looks?
- Yes. It uses your logo and accent colour, and you choose one of four styles — Modern, Bold, Minimal or Classic — which your invoices use too.
