Client messages to tasks
Client messages from WhatsApp and Slack, turned into tasks
Axzura turns a client's WhatsApp, Slack or email message into tasks on that client's board. Paste the message — or a whole stretch of the chat — and the AI picks out what the client asked for, skipping greetings, your own replies and anything the chat shows was already done.
How it works
- 1Paste the chatOpen the client's board and press Paste message, or just give the message to the assistant by voice or text.
- 2Axzura reads itRequests become tasks with their details and dates ("by Friday" becomes the date). Anything already on the board is marked so it isn't added twice.
- 3Tick and addUntick anything that isn't work, then add. The original message is kept on the client's timeline, word for word.
What you get
- Works with WhatsApp, Slack, email or any chat you can copy
- Knows which client it's for from the board, or the name you give it
- Each task records who asked and where — "Maya (WhatsApp)"
- A forward-to-Axzura WhatsApp number is built and waiting on Meta's approval
Questions
- Can Axzura read my WhatsApp automatically?
- Not your personal WhatsApp — WhatsApp doesn't allow any app to read a personal account. You paste or forward the messages that matter. A dedicated Axzura WhatsApp number you can forward to is built and waiting on Meta's business verification.
- What happens to greetings and small talk?
- They are skipped. So are your team's own replies and anything the chat shows was already done — only what the client asks for becomes a task.
- Does it work for Slack Connect channels?
- Yes — copy the thread and paste it. Names and timestamps in the pasted text are understood and ignored.
