Comparison
Axzura vs Odoo
Odoo is an ERP: modular, open-source at its core, and genuinely capable of running a manufacturer. Axzura is not an ERP and does not pretend to be. If you are choosing between them, you are probably deciding whether you need a system to be configured for you, or a workspace that works the afternoon you sign up.
What it costs
The clearest difference, and the one that compounds: Odoo charges for each person, Axzura charges for the workspace.
| Team size | Odoo | Axzura |
|---|---|---|
| 3 people | $93 | $19Pro |
| 10 people | $310 | $19Pro |
| 25 people | $775 | $49Business |
| 50 people | $1,550 | $49Business |
Monthly, in US dollars. Odoo on its Standard, at renewal rate, multiplied by team size; Axzura is per workspace, so the number does not move. Published list prices, checked 2026-08-27 — verify before relying on them, since both move.
Worth knowing about Odoo’s pricing
- The headline rate is a first-year promotional price; budget for the renewal, which is roughly a quarter higher
- Standard excludes Odoo Studio, multi-company and external API access — those need the Custom plan at roughly double
- Most deployments involve an implementation partner, which is a separate and usually larger cost
Where Axzura is different
Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter
Odoo's power comes from configuration, and configuration is work — most implementations involve a partner, a scoping phase and a bill. Axzura asks four questions during signup and is usable immediately.
Per workspace, not per user, with no renewal surprise
Axzura is $19 a month for up to fifteen people, and $19 is what it costs in year two. Odoo's advertised rate is a first-year promotion on a per-user plan; the number to plan around is the renewal.
Built around the documents you already have
An ERP expects you to enter data into it. Axzura expects you to have a contract, an invoice and a scanned receipt already, reads them, and answers questions about them.
Where Odoo is better
Written plainly, because you will find out anyway and it is better you find out now.
- Genuine ERP depth: inventory, manufacturing, purchase orders, POS, ecommerce
- Open source, self-hostable, and modifiable if you have developers
- Enormous module library and an established partner network
Choose Odoo if
- You manufacture, hold stock, or need purchase orders and a POS
- You want to self-host or modify the source
- You have the budget and appetite for an implementation project
